Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to Australia, United States, New Zealand and the UK. If you live in a different country please send us a message and we can give you a quote for postage.
How long does shipping take?
All art is made to order and printed just for you. We normally print art within 24hours and post within another 24hours.
We post with Australia Post, shipping from Melbourne.
Standard Shipping within Australia generally takes 3-14 working days depending on your location.
Express Shipping can take between 1-3days on average.
International Shipping can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks on average.
Please check Australia Post for delays, weather & state events can effect delivery times.
How do I track my order?
Your email address will be linked to your tracking and you should receive an email from Australia Post for tracking. It might go to your spam folder.
If it doesn't come through shoot us an email and we can let you know your tracking number.
General
Returns & Exchanges
Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind. All our art is custom & made to order, printed just for you to the frame size requested so we recommend sorting your frame sizes first.
For any item/s received damaged, we must be notified within 14 days of receipt of the item via email to Jessica.lee.davis.designs@hotmail.com with your order number, photographs and descriptions of the alleged damage. Once your return is accepted we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse or accept the return of any product. Furthermore we will refuse a damaged return if you have not provided us with an e-mail notification and appropriate corresponding photographs within the specified time period after receiving your order.

How do I know what frame size?
Please see our frame guide image listed in each product. This guide will help you decide what frame size will suit your home.
We recommend purchasing your frames first and making sure they fit your space as all art is custom printed with no returns.
Where can I purchase frames?
For Australian customers below is a list of places we recommed purchasing frames from...
- Kmart Australia has a great variety of frames in A4, A3, A2 and inches for very affordable prices
- Target Australia has good quality frames at a middle pricepoint in sizes A4, A3, A2 and other popular photo sizes (inches/cms)
- The Reject Shop (A4, A3, A2 and other popular photo sizes (inches/cms))
- Spotlight (A4, A3, A2 and other popular photo sizes (inches/cms))
- Ikea (most these frames are in inch/cm sizes)
Online some great frame stores are Catch, Temple&Webster & Amazon.
What are the care instructions for decals?
All our decals are high quality fabric wall decals that are precut to shape and ready to peel.
☆ Fabric wall decals are easy to reuse and if applied to a wall painted in good quality paint they will not remove paint and and be moved around over and over. Great for Rentals or for mother's who like to regularly redecorate.
☆ CARE GUIDE FOR DECALS
- For Indoor Use Only
- Make sure your wall is dry and clean and dust free, decals will stick better to flat surface walls.
- Remove from the backing carefully and slowly especially at areas with corners and fine detail.
- If removing or repositioning your decals, make sure to peel carefully and slowly.
- Not Waterproof so do not wash or wipe with a cloth treat as though it is a print. Not suitable for a space with high humidity.
- May fade if in direct sunlight for extended period of time
- Be careful to place out of reach from babies and toddlers as decals may be a choking hazard if loose. Not a toy or to be left loose with children unsupervised.
☆ Please give 3-4 working days for decals to be printed and prepared before postage.
